Members of the Neerlandia Co-op, you are invited to join us on Saturday, January 23, 2021, for our Virtual Annual General Meeting. Invitation to attend is extended to all who have a membership at the Neerlandia Co-op, because as a member you are an owner. You have the ability to participate in the democratic process and share your voice to help guide the direction of the Co-op.
Due to COVID-19 we are not able to gather together as we normally would, hence why this year’s meeting will be a virtual one hosted via Zoom.
Registration will be required in order to be able to attend the meeting. You can register by completing the form at the administration desk, at the grocery till, or directly with Femke by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling: 780-674-3020 Ext. 237. You will need to provide your name, membership number and a valid email address. A link to the meeting + login information will be emailed to all registrants prior to the meeting, along with a Zoom user guide booklet.
Please note that 1 member = 1 vote, if you have more than one member in your household wishing to participate in the meeting, each member will need to register in order to be able to vote!
