Agro Floater Operator – Temporary, Full-Time (April – June & September – November)
Summary
The Floater Operator is responsible for operating the Co-op floater and ensuring equipment is maintained in a safe working condition. This role plays a key part in the efficient field operations and customer service of the Agro department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive and operate the Co-op floater in a safe and professional manner
- Perform daily equipment maintenance, including greasing, cleaning and inspections
- Report mechanical or operational issues as required
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Overtime and weekends may be required.
Accountability

Reports directly to the Agro Manager and Operations Manager

Aligns with the Neerlandia Co-op’s vision and mission statements.
Qualifications
Education and Experience

High school diploma is considered an asset.
- Experience operating equipment is considered an asset.

- Mechanical awareness and attention to detail
